    *    Named to 1997-2001 First team All-State (Virginia and Colorado)
    *    Named Conference Player of the Year for 1998-1999 and 1999-2000 seasons (Virginia)

Men's Varsity Coach -Matt Kauzlarich 

Matt played competitive soccer for 15 years. He played for Summit from 2003-2006. 
From 2007-2011, Matt played soccer for Bethel College (Mishawaka, IN) of the NAIA. 
He has worked with Summit as a coach/trainer the last 5 years with both the varsity 
and junior varsity teams.

Junior Varsity Coach - Kobe Tabar
Kobe played Sumit Varsity int he fall of 2013.  He played travel soccer from 2009-2013.
In  the winter of 2013, Kobe and his family embarked on a new journey to 
Thailand to serve as missionaries.  He got to use street soccer in Thailand as a 
way to reach out to youth, to build relationships and to share the love of Jesus Christ
with them.  When Kobe arrived back in 2017, he came back to Summit to play his
last year.  At the start of 2018, he began to intern with Liverpool Academy in order
to receive experiencecoaching.  Kobe is thrilled to have this opportunity to coach
Summit JV and help his players to build a strong foundation in God and to represent
Christian character to teammates and to opponents.  ​

Women’s Varsity Coach – Paul Doroh

After playing at the collegiate level with Oakland University–where he was a 
Team Captain, All-American, and eventually a University Hall of Famer–Doroh 
accumulated vast professional experience, including stays with the Mid-
Michigan Bucks of the United Soccer Leagues and the Detroit Rockers of the 
National Premier Soccer League. He holds a NSCAA National “D” License to 
coach and has led teams at varying levels to championships. He coached with the Bloomfield Force Soccer Club for 11 years and helped lead their ’89 women’s team to multiple State Cup championships and back-to-back Regional and National championships in his final two years with the team. His resume also includes time as a member of the Olympic Development staff. Many of his players have received collegiate athletic scholarships and some have reached the national level. 

Women’s Junior Varsity Coach - Sarah Snyder

Sarah played on the Women’s Varsity team from 2007-2009, and assisted the Women’s Junior Varsity coach in 2010. She shadowed Coach Paul Doroh for one season, and played for Rochester College. She has a heart to disciple young women, not only in the realm of sports, but also in life. She loves seeing players succeed in their life goals, grow as followers of Jesus, and learn to use their talents and skills to serve the King of kings.

​Trainer - Kenny Uzoigwe  

Kenny Uzoigwe is the Arrows Director of Coaching, plays pro for the 
Michigan Bucks as well as coaching the U11 WHITE GIRLS, 
U11 RED GIRLS, U9 BOYS and U8 BOYS teams for the Arrows
 Soccer Club.
